I didn't start in real estate. I started in construction, then spent 14 years in oil and gas as a Landman and Crew Chief, researching title, acquiring leases, and negotiating drilling rights for Devon Energy and XTO. That experience taught me how to read property records, understand complex ownership structures, and close deals that others couldn't figure out.


In 2023, I competed on season 11 of The Blox, a high-stakes entrepreneurship competition hosted by Wes Bergmann from MTV's The Challenge. Out of 50,000+ applicants, my partner, actress Nina Kaczorowski and I won the entire season by demonstrating our ability to execute under pressure, solve complex business problems, and outperform seasoned entrepreneurs from around the world.
